The final, critical stage in a refractory brick production line is the meticulous packing and containerization process, designed to ensure products reach customers in perfect condition. Given the fragile nature and high density of these bricks, specialized packaging solutions are paramount. The process begins with the careful stacking of bricks onto robust, custom-sized wooden pallets. To prevent shifting and edge damage during transit, bricks are often interlaid with protective cardboard or plastic sheets. The stacked pallet is then securely strapped with steel or plastic bands. Subsequently, it is fully enveloped in heavy-duty, weather-resistant polyethylene stretch film. This wrapping provides a tight, unitized load, shielding the bricks from moisture, dust, and mechanical abrasion.
